Walking and Talking
Walking and Talking Therapy
Walking and Talking Therapy is becoming increasingly popular and is just one of many other ways of ‘doing therapy‘.
I am surrounded by open countryside and forests and can offer both short and long walks right from my house or meet up somewhere else, such as the coast.
Walks can be tailored to last for an hour or up to four of five hours which would, of course, include a picnic lunch.
Walking and Talking Therapy £45 per hour
as with face to face therapy concessions are available- just ask.
Residential Walking and Talking Therapy
For those who live further away I can offer the use of the Granary a self- contained building in my back garden.
Arrive early evening and have first introductory session before dinner.
Meals served at local Clachan Inn - highly recommended. They also do carry-outs.
2 minutes walk from house.
Continental breakfast provided in Granary.
Walk with picnic lunch, weather permitting. Please bring waterproofs and walking boots.
Chillout time after walk.
1 hour therapy session, Sandtray work or talking therapy, before dinner (as above)
Breakfast as above.
1 hour therapy in counselling room or walk and talk session.
Winding up and saying goodbye.
The above schedule is just an example, I am open to offering a more bespoke experience depending on your wishes or requirements.
